Best Practices

Experience has taught us the best ways to get the job done quickly, legally, and cost-effectively. There are a large number of ways to take wrong turns in this process. We have seen it all, and have developed solid procedures for removing all kinds of toxic substances.
Project-Managment

Project Management

We know the professionals who do the best work. We know who to hire and who NOT to hire, and which portions of a given project to assign to which contractors and crews. We know how long each portion of a project should take, what it should cost, and what the potentials for risk or contamination to the environment are, and how to get the job done with no environmental damage, and no fines or rework. We know the inspectors, and what they expect to see, in all stages of a project. We treat each project as if it is our own property, always looking out for the interests of the property owner and our environment. We also form our own crews for many projects, to get the best work done at the best value.
